Cannot proceed to the “Update Ready” page even after connecting the controller.

Before connecting the controller to the computer, make sure the controller is turned off, and the Jog Button is pressed and completely held down. You should hear a noticeable “click,” when the Jog Button is pressed all the way down. If the problem persists even after doing the above steps, make sure the USB cable is connected correctly. Also, check to see if there are any foreign objects stuck in the USB terminal of the controller. Make sure the USB cable is working properly for a successful connection to the computer. Try using a different USB Type-C cable. The cable may seem perfectly functional on the outside but, there may be internal breakages.
