Can’t access the photo library on my mobile phone.

The Shift Drone App needs permission to access the photo library. If you didn't allow the app to access the photo library, please refer to the following steps to enable the Shift Drone to access the photo library. [iOS] 1. Select 'Settings > SHIFT DRONE > Photos' on your device. 2. Change the access permission in 'ALLOW PHOTOS ACCESS' 3. For the iOS 14 or later versions, you can select the access range from 'Selected Photos' and 'All Photos'. [Android] 1. Select 'Settings > Apps > SHIFT DRONE' on your device. 2. Select 'Permissions' in App info. 3. Allow access to 'Storage' and 'Camera'

I’m an iPhone user. How can I download the SHIFT mobile application?

If you use an iOS device, go to the App Store and search for “SHIFT DRONE”, and install the mobile application. The SHIFT Drone app requires iOS 10.0 or later versions and supports iPhone 6 or later.

I’m an Android user. How can I download the SHIFT mobile application?

If you use an Android device, go to the Google Play Store and search for: “SHIFT DRONE”, and install the mobile application. The SHIFT Drone app requires Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later versions and must be equipped with Dual Band Wi-Fi.

I can’t connect my SHIFT RED to the mobile application.

If you have multiple Wi-Fi networks around you, your smartphone may fail to connect to the SHIFT RED. Be sure to maintain a range of 5 m or less when attempting to connect your smartphone to the drone's Wi-Fi. The smartphone must also support Dual-band for proper connection.

Preview screen is often disconnected and delay occurs.

Flying the drone out of range or flying in an environment with multiple electronic devices in close proximity may interfere with the SHIFT RED’s frequency, causing loss of control or poor video streaming quality. If you experience these symptoms, we suggest you move to another location and try again.

I can’t access the internet when I’m connected to the SHIFT RED using the mobile application on my smartphone.

While your smartphone is connected to the SHIFT RED, it will have no access to the internet. To use the internet, please disconnect your smartphone from the SHIFT RED. ※ Voice calls can be received even when connected to the SHIFT RED.

The tracking function in the Lezero Pilot Mode does not track very well.

When specifying a target to track, be wary of your surroundings as tracking may fail if there are too many objects in close proximity to the object to track. We recommend an environment with a limited number of objects around the target.

How do I transfer photos and videos I’ve taken with the SHIFT RED?

Videos and images taken by the SHIFT RED can be viewed and downloaded through the SHIFT mobile application. Please check the "GALLARY" menu on the application. You may also directly delete files on the drone through the SHIFT mobile application.
