REQUIREMENTS

Mobile OS

- Android: Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later versions. Wi-Fi Dual Band and 802.11ac supported devices. - iPhone: iOS 10.0 or later versions, iPhone 6 or later.

Cautions

- While your smartphone is connected with the SHIFT RED, you may not be able to access the internet. - If you have multiple Wi-Fi networks around you, your smartphone may fail to connect to the SHIFT RED. - Be sure to maintain a range of 5 m or less when attempting to connect the two devices - The smartphone must support Dual-band for proper connection. - For Samsung smartphone users, you must turn off "smart network switching in the Wi-Fi settings before making the connection. - All images shown on our webpage may not be an accurate representation of the actual product. - The contents of this webpage can be modified or changed without notice, depending on the version of the application update.

HOW TO USE SHIFT DRONE APP

Connecting with the drone

Power on the drone.

Make sure that the power is turned on, and place the drone on the floor.

Connect your smartphone with the drone in your smartphone Wi-Fi configuration.

Run the SHIFT Drone application.

※ Each SHIFT drone unit has a unique Wi-Fi network name in the form of SHIFT-DRONE-last 8 digits of the serial number.

※ Please reset the password for security, and remember it for future use. A new password needs at least 8 characters.

Wi-Fi Network Name & Password change

Enter the network name you want to change. Only alphabets, numbers, spaces, hyphen(-), or underscore(_) are allowed. (minimum of 5 characters to 20 characters)

Enter the network password you want to change (minimum of 8 characters to 10 characters)

Press the Save button to apply it.

Sensor Calibration

Press the setting button.

Select Sensor Calibration.

Before using the SHIFT Drone app to calibrate, remove the protectors and place the drone on a flat surface.

Press the START button to proceed with sensor calibration.

Place the drone on a flat surface as shown. Each step takes a few seconds.

Lezero Pilot Mode

Press the Lezero Pilot Mode button

Select the mode you want to operate.

Tab the screen to run Lezero Pilot Mode. - Orbit: The drone flies in orbit. - Dolly: The drone flies steadily from right to left. - Dolly In: The drone gradually moves closer to the user. - Dolly Out: The drone gradually moves away from the user. - Following: The drone flies while following the target. - Horizontal Tracking: The drone tracks the target while in horizontal flight. - Yaw Tracking: The drone performs a yaw rotation toward the target while flying in position. - Hero: The drone flies while tracking the target, and orbits once when the target stops.

Drag the screen to specify the target. (for Following / Horizontal Tracking / Yaw Tracking / Hero mode)

A green drag box indicates a successful target setting.

※ A red drag box indicates that the tracking has failed and is trying again. Check the screen and place the target object in a red drag box.

※ Dolly in mode requires a flight altitude of at least 1 m (3.3 ft) high.

※ The altitude must be at least 2 m (6.6 ft) in Following mode and Hero mode. In these modes, check the altitude of the drone before designating a target. The appropriate altitude for the selected mode is indicated by the icon turning active.

※ When designating a target, the drone should be in a well-lit environment. The target must stand out from the background in terms of form and color to be successfully detected. The drone switches to hovering if the target is moving too fast or if tracking has failed due to obstacles. Tracking resumes after two seconds if the target is positioned from the front side of the drone at a distance similar to the distance at the start.

※ When in a Lezero Pilot mode, make sure that the flight path is free of obstacles such as people, animals, trees, and buildings. Since this product is not equipped with functions such as collision avoidance or speed control based on obstacle detection, you need to be extremely careful.
